Well, my husband may think I'm crazy but I just had to do it. Today I went running for the first time since early in my pregnancy with Brenna... and it was wonderful! It was slower and not as far as I would like but wonderful none the less.
For those of you who don't know- running is something that I love to do. I love taking off and having my thoughts to myself for a short time and I just love the way I feel after a nice long run.
Although it was only 2 miles, I'm hopeful that it's the beginning of a summer full of running. Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day- what will you do to enjoy the day?

The Boys I Love.
Brenna arrived the day after Father's Day so I wasn't able to create a Happy Father's Day post as I had been planning.
Father's Day has come and gone, but it's not to late to pay tribute to the greatest Dad our kids could ever have!
Thank you for being the loving, supportive, wonderful husband and father that you are- I LOVE YOU!
Just a few pictures of Blake and his Daddy- I am so blessed!!

sweet little girl
Our precious little Brenna will be one week old tomorrow! She is such a good natured baby and we are so thankful she is here.
She is sleeping like a champ. The last two night she has slept from about 10:30 to 5:30. We are hoping that trend continues and it's not a fluke thing.
Here she is in her Sunday dress. We went to church this morning where she got to meet many of our friends and so many people who have been praying for her safe arrival. The most popular comment, "Look at ALL that hair!"
Now let's not forget about our sweet little boy! Grandma Glace stayed with us for a few days last week and got Blake a new pool! We got it out for the first time today and Blake loved it.
Blake is adjusting pretty well to having a new sister taking away mom and dad's attention. He is very interested in Brenna but still calls her 'Bo'. (Bo is his baby cousin, so to Blake every baby is 'Bo')
Tomorrow will be the true test- it will be my first day at home by myself with the 2 kids. I'm still not feeling quite up to par so... say a little prayer for my Monday! =)

NO!
It happened, I knew it would come sometime but now it officially has. Our sweet little boy now knows how to voice the word 'no'... with authority! It has become his new favorite word- he doesn't even have to have a reason to say it. Hopefully this is a short little phase and hopefully his next two favorite words are 'yes mommy' =)
As for a baby update- I am officially 37 weeks along, FULL TERM!!! My due date is still June 28th but I am hoping for an early arrival. After nights of restlessness and constantly being uncomfortable- waking up for a few nightly feedings is sounding very nice.
Nolan's office is taking a poll- guessing the baby's sex, date of arrival, name, weight and length. What are your guesses?
We'll keep you posted on the happenings of the next couple weeks!
